The Seamaster Planet Ocean 217.32.42.21.01.001 continues OMEGA’s long history of professional dive watches. The 42 mm stainless steel case is finished in polished and brushed surfaces and matched with a polished black ceramic bezel ring that carries a diving scale in white enamel. A polished grade 5 titanium inner ring supports the structure of the bezel and reinforces the technical build of the case.

The matte black dial uses rhodium plated hands and applied indexes filled with white Super LumiNova for clear visibility. Four rhodium plated Arabic numerals return to the openwork style used in early Planet Ocean models, and all transferred text is printed in white to maintain clarity. Inside the watch is the Co Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8912, an automatic movement tested by METAS for precision, magnetic resistance and stability.

This reference is worn on a black rubber strap with a stainless steel link connection to the case. The foldover clasp provides a secure fit suitable for diving. A screw in casing ring made from grade 5 titanium seals the caseback and features OMEGA’s seahorse emblem. The watch measures 13.79 mm in height with a 47.50 mm lug to lug length and a 21 mm lug width. Water resistance is rated to 600 meters.
